Worst service

I bought an asus laptop from them last year, fast forward to this year with less than six months of the purchase the laptop just stop working. I took the laptop in on the 27 Jan 23. I have never gotten an feedback from them. Today, 11 Mar when I finally got some time I went them only to be told that my laptop has liquid damage. The laptop was dry and there was never any liquid on it when I took it to them. When I asked why they didn't call me they could only say sorry that was a mistake on their part they guy that used to work there doesn't work there anymore. It seems suspect they kept it so long and they didn't return it to the store. And the water is supposed inside when it never had any signs of water damage when I took it to them. I'm so angry and hurt. The service is absolutely appalling.
