Worst Service

Worst service received ever. I went there to return a-day-old laptop that is giving me issues. The laptop backlight and screen do not come on when I switch on. The slip clearly states that we can return the product in 7days if its returned in original packaging, the staff refused to help and also the manager was not in the store but no other superior available. How can there not be a manager or supervisor on the floor? You gave the worst service. I want my money back
