Worst service

This is really the worst service you can get. I enjoy online shopping and this the worst experience I had. After buying a cellphone two weeks ago and made the payment on the same day sending the Proof of payment the next day. They could not allocate my POP only to cancel my order . After sending it AGAIN a couple of times the were suppose to reinstate the order and that never happened. called their call centre and everyday someone else is giving the script excuse and said they gonna call me back of which I'm still waiting. I laid a formal complaint and then someone told me to send my POP again so they can deposit my money into my bank account. I never requested the order to be canceled or for a refund. and I'm still waiting for any feedback. They sitting with my money I'm sitting with no product 2 weeks later.
