Worst Service

<p>I ordered a gift for a loved one on the 25th of November 2016. It is now the 14th of December 2016. They said 5 to 10 working day. This is way past that. I called numerous time. Today the 14th after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to pick up, i got absolutely no assitance. I have called 4 times in the last week enquiring. I called on the 12th of December to follow up and was told that someone will call me. No one has called me. Called today and was told the same excuse. I am meant to give someone this gift and i am travelling to give it to them and now i cant. Absolutely unacceptable answers and service to clients. No deliver after 3 weeks. My order number is ********** 09. I will never ever bother buying anything from them again and advise anyone not to support them as a result of this type of service. </p>
