Worst online store (Incredible Connection)

This is the worst online store I have ever used in my life!! Would not recommend Incredible Connection to anyone EVER in my life. Bought a monitor on 18 Feb, after a lot of complaining at the service center I received my monitor today 5 March. Opened the box, only to find the monitor has already been used and does not have any of its protective plastics on. The monitor shorts its power cables and the monitor is scratched and damaged??!!?? No tell me HOW can Incredible Connection send a product off to a customer that you know is damaged!!!! HOW???!? VERY DISAPPOINTED IN INCREADIBLE CONNECTION AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! Stock came from Herm**** shop
