Worst online shopping experience ever!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Incredible Connection.

On 25 November, I ordered an air fryer for my mother. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that delivery would take 2–5 working days. Today is 18 December, and the item has still not been delivered.

Despite the delivery being well overdue, I have not received any clear communication, explanation, or confirmed delivery date. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially as the item was purchased as a gift.

I am requesting: • A clear update on the status of my order, or • Immediate delivery, or • A refund if the item cannot be delivered promptly

I find it unacceptable that a major retailer fails to meet its own delivery commitments without proactive communication.

This is not even the first time they do this to me.
