Worst Online Shopping Experience

If I could give 0 stars I would !!! The worst online shopping experience ever! I placed an online order that was supposed to be received on the same day or the next day latest. 1. No email confirmation of the order. 2. No calls are answered if you’re trying to reach Customer Care. 3. The Live Chat is so useless!!!! Automated response over and over! I can’t even track the order because there’s no email from them!!!!!! How do I even cancel the order when I don’t have an order number and I can’t reach them?!
