Worst online shopping experience

The service is terrible not only is there call center terrible but the delivery is horrible too. I made an order online on the 2nd of December 2025, today is the 18th and I still did not receive my order, I called them multiple times, emailed them all i get from them is they will escalate the matter but never do I get a response, they claim they tried to get hold of me but they never contacted me. I even have a tracking number and tracked my order, it's been sent out twice but never do they bring it to me and keep saying they will reschedule. I don't get reason why they don't deliver and if I want money back I must wait another 2 week, I even tried making it easier for them asking them to drop it at a nearest store which is Claremont branch but I get no response, I have never received such nonsense from any retailer before, It looks like they trying to **** me. I will never shop with them again
