Worst online shop ever

I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience with Incredible Connection. I ordered products from their online store after seeing attractive specials advertised, only to be told days later that the items were out of stock. This left me in a terrible situation, without a Christmas gift and no money to purchase a replacement. To make matters worse, no one has responded to my emails, leaving me feeling completely ignored and frustrated.

The false advertising is one thing, but the lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I feel completely let down by a company I once trusted. This experience has ruined my holiday plans, and I will be very hesitant to shop with Incredible Connection again in the future.
