Worst online service received

Worst online service received from Incredible connection. I placed an order for a Samsung A32. Order ***. My parcel supposed to be delivered last Friday and its still not delivered. Skynet never answers their phone. I had to look on Facebook for the managers cell number. Apparently yesterday (Monday) the courier driver got hijacked which is very suspicious. I called into Incredible connection today, but received no help except a useless reference number.

I want an urgent refund, and not your 7-14 day ****.
