Worst Online service ever!!

We have made an online purchase on 16 October 2023 and expected our package to be delivered within 3 working days as stated on their website. After the waiting period of 3 days I have followed up on the package just to find out ta=hat the could not find the package. It was handed to the courier company on the 16th, but between JDG Couriers and Skynet the package disappeared an no one can allocate the package. One week later I requested another package to replace the original one, only to find the same service as with the previous package. No Courier has been in contact with me ever since we requested them to send a different package while they have the ongoing investigation to allocate the first parcel. No one at Incredible Connection has any status on the second package and in the meanwhile we have been at this for more than 2 weeks!!!!!
