Worst online service

I placed an online order in April for a cellphone cover and screen protector. Since delivery was going to take forever I then went into store to purchase the same products as I needed them for my new phone. It’s been two months since I’ve been trying to get my refund. I’ve emailed all their addresses. I even emailed my banking details as they said they would refund but still nothing. Their customer service line is a myth really been on the phone for an hour now just for them to answer the phone.
