worst online purchase I have ever experienced

I ordered 2 backpacks a month ago. One was delivered and the other not. I have been trying to track it down and the store says I should wait until that back is tracked and returned before I get my refund. I don't want the bag anymore. I just want my money back. this is insanely frustrating. They shouldn't be offering an online service if they're this ***********. I am never buying anything from this store again. You have lost me as a customer.
