Ordered a hard drive before Christmas, which I am still waiting for, in spite of calling and emailing every day requesting that the drive be re-allocated to the Waterfront store, so that I can collect it myself. No replies to emails and broken promises about calling me back as soon as the drive has arrived. Call waiting times in excess of 10 minutes. Takealot for the win. Incredible Connection, you suck.
