Worst Mistake l making an online purchase ***

<p>I placed order with incredible connection online for a tv even chose the option to make a cash payment, and paid for 2-3 days delivery as l coudnt wait for the free 7 days delivery, went to the bank deposited the money came back scanned and sent slip, tv licence and ID copy on the 22 March, after a couple of hours l checked status was still saying no payment received, l called and the call center agent told me they will fix it, the next day my order status had not changed, l called and they told me to send slip to another email address which l couldnt understand why the first agent couldnt tell me, l sent the slip, that was on the 23rd from there l kept on calling but no one was telling me anything, until the 28th l called and told them to cancel order, they said okay, a few minutes later they called me telling me to send email and l did, hours later the status of my order was changed to shipped, l called and asked what was going on and was told not to worry about that order is cancelled and l am waiting for a refund which will take 7 days, I sent an email with screenshot showing the status of my order but no one rep**** to me, l called again and they told me not to worry, hours later order was delivered and status changed to completed, l called and they told me they sending courier to pickup the item, but nothing was changed, l called to today and there was no not of courier picking up the item the one guy said he will make the not, now when l called the one guy told me to take the tv to nearest shop, and when l asked how to log a complaint they guy hung up on me the reason l didn't go and buy it to the nearest shop is that l wanted to but the tv for my elderly parents that stay in stilfontein and l stay in Witbank, there is not one who have transport means to take the tv to the nearest store and l live 4hrs drive from them, l really need my money back, l expected the TV to be delivered friday the 24th cause it was a bday gift on the 29th it was already too late l had cancelled it, l really need my money back please help me</p>
