Worst lockdown online shopping experience

Ordered online from Incredible Connection expecting a fast turnaround for an urgent item. This was due to recieving same or next day service I experienced before. What a mistake, I should have rather used Takealot. My order has not been updated since I submitted and paid, the stock has not even been allocated. Worst online shopping experience during lockdown and doubt I will use them going forward. No email, phone number just disconnects and chat is useless.
