Worst experience

Had the worst experience with Incredible Connection Menlyn. I was told that the system was offline for 5 days. I phoned head office and they told me the system is online. I went back to incredible connection and insisted that they help me. The lady then helped me making it very clear she does not want to. She told me I have to hurry up because she wants to knock off. I was then told to go home, she phoned me the mext day to come in to store, just for a signature I was then told again to go home. She informed me she'll phone me with an update @10:00 she did not get back to me at all.
