Worst delivery experience.

I cannot believe that their delivery service is so bad. I got a SMS a day ago telling me my order is on its way, it didn't arrive. A day later I phoned and asked if they know when the delivery will arrive as I keep waiting at home in hopes of my delivery coming. They told me they cannot tell me what's happening with my order.
