Worst customer service,not incredible at all

Not incredible at all,bad customer service.i bought a Hisense gas stove onlinne worth 12K ,when it arrived to my newly built house and opened the box it was damaged.Logged a call October 17 and its now the 28th still nothing happened.whats going on with this company?.we bought alot of big items from this company and this is what you are getting, They dont care about their customer at all
