Worst customer service in their Vaal Mall store

I app**** online for credit, and received an email that I should submit documents in-store. When I got to the store one lady assisted me and showed me to another lady who was going to help me with my application. I could see from the start that this lady was not interested in helping me. With every question that I asked I could see the irritation on her face and later on she was starting to get rude. Am I not in a position to ask questions? I am asking for help and assistance and that is her job I don’t understand why she had this sort of behavior? Later on she told me that I should decide what I want to do and I must make sure that my information is correct because otherwise she must capture everything now and later on she’ll have to re-do everything. So I told her that she must leave everything I’ll come back another time when someone else will be willing to help me.

She was incredibly rude, irritated and unwilling to help me. As she is in the department of customer service I don’t understand why she thinks that she can talk to me in that way. I can’t believe what I experienced in that store.
