Worst customer service I have ever dealt with

I ordered a smart watch online, in a few days it was dispatched however the courier could not find my house. Instead of giving me a call for directions they just tried again and still couldnt find it. Courier companies fault up until this point.

Finally a month after my order I got a call from the online department that guaranteed me they would sort it out and call me back later the same day to confirm when it will be delivered. All I got was a notification email to say my order was delivered, but I did not received it. It took another month to get a response to my complaint and I still have not received my money back. Such poor service from a large company is truly sad to see. I will never buy from them ever again.
