Worst Customer Service EVER!

Incredible I have to say, you guys are the pits! Placed an order online on the 27th of February with the promise of 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Today is the 11th of March and I sit empty handed after more than half a dozen calls, messages and emails. Not even a legitimate answer as to where my order is. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Zero ownership of your mistakes and your customer service is absolute ****! I will be leaving a bad review on Hello Peter and any other platform I can find as to warn others of your terrible business ethics.
