Worst customer service ever!!!!

They are the worst supplier I ever had to deal with. I bought a laptop there in December last year.After just two days it did not want to even switch on. Took it back at the Kolonade where I boughf it i insisted on a refund. This is the 3 week ago still refund..

Got a reference number after I complaint to them. That too fell on deaf ears They don't even bother to get back to you.
