Worst customer service ever

This evening at 18:45 I was most appaulled at the service I received at Incredable connection Tygervalley. I rushed home from.town to fetch my son in Parow to go get his Birthday present a Laptop I firstly called Incredible Connection to hear what till they closed the Lady said 19h00 I distinctly asked her do they close doors before she say NO. The rain was pouring nevertheless I went. Firstly I understand stores close at 19h00 my intention was not to dwadle as we basically knew what we needs to get I arrived there at 18h45 they started packing away ... Which is to be understood. However my son and I were not acknowledge by guy standing right in front of us he was definatly a Senior medium height round face and he has been there quite a few years already as I remember buying my phone cover from him back then.

I then said excuse me and I asked him where are your lap top very dis interested he told me they are packed away but we can have a look through special offer catalogue I stood and opened It and he tell me I can take it with me he then ealks away and goes and chat to a gee of the others I was most upset as I drove all the way in the rain. That was when my son said the same 1 Game has was incredible catalogue. I then sent him back to incredible to aske that we want to purchase not wanting to go I because of how we were treated before. He my son then called me by now it was-+ 18:55 I went in I asked the smaller.guy for the laptop and if it trouble he half hearted tells me it in stock room he then went to fetch it but also not to eager . The only person. Who was very helpful was the cashier. I then paid and left he I wasn't desperate I would've just left it and gone to Game.
