Worst customer service.

Having bought a laptop from the vaal mall store in December last year.,during january we encounter problems with the laptop.we take it back,fir a replacement in original packaging with proof of purchase, .treated very rudely .eventually we had to leave laptop for as*****t.was promised,within 14 days we would be notified.now almost 23 days no response.when enquiring,we are told that cant we read conditions of return policy.is this how incredible connection train their senior personal to treat customers or were we asking fir too much ?? I for one,will not part with 7k at this concern in the future nor would i refer anybody to visit them..
