Worst customer experience - Never buy online with Incredible - Does not work!

I was appalled by the pathetic customer service being rendered by Incredible connections. I have escalated an online buying issues 4 times, and not once has Incredible connections reached out to me. They have refused to acknowledge the issue and keep using process which is not working to not provide an answer. The agents that you speak to refuse to also provide their surnames which is challenging as everytime you call you dont have continuity on your call.
