Worst after care on ******* products!!

I purchased a Mecer laptop in 2022,after not even a year the battery started packing up,i went into there store at Centurion Mall to see a technician who advised me to email him all the info and he will assist,3months later no response from him!! I emailed the head office that advised to send all info on email and they will assist,2months later and no response!!! They sell you ******* products and when you have a problem they just ignore you!! They have the worst after care ever,dont ever buy products from them cause they will not fix it!!
