Worse online service ever

I've placed an order on the 1st of march the canceled it on the 14th since when no deliveries where made now it's the 24th still no refund all i hear it relevant department will contact me they never did.such poor service for a reputable company I'm so disappointed it's like they hired idiots who knew nothing about customer service or anything they all say the same thing. I wish that they could go bankrupt or liquidated
