Wont repair under warranty and poor service

<p>Incredible Connection will not fix my laptop under warranty and refused to give me a written reason why they will not fix it. I had to wait for over a month to get back my Unfixed laptop from them. I have let them know that I intend to report the matter to consumer complaints commission and I need a written reason for not fixing my laptop. I am still waiting today</p>
