WIN 10 Upgrade

Whilst downloading WIN 10 onto my computer a blue screen appeared because of a ******* file preventing me from rolling back to WIN 7 as the whole system froze. I visited Incredible Connection and was assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable person Mo Cassim. Although the IT section was very busy, he phoned me the same afternoon to report that he has started to attend to my machine but I may loose all files/data on WIN 7. I asked him to do what he could to save the data. Early the next morning he phoned me with the good news that Windows 10 was successfully downloaded and that all my files/data on Windows 7 were copied to the new system. Needless to say I was a very relieved and happy customer. His friendly manner and his customer service in keeping me informed of progress cannot be faulted. I was in a customer service environment for 30 years and can thus identify when good service is being rendered. Thank you Mo Cassim, much appreciated.
