Why is Incredible Connection not delivering my order!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a laptop bag with Incredible Connection and had to pay for it using my credit card. This was on 13 April (order number ***, invoice number ***). I still haven't received the bag, there is no telephone number on the invoice which I can phone, the IC head office number is not working ***) the order tracking function says my order number is not valid, I can't find a customer support line to contact! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW???????? Can companies not check that their telephone number on their websites actually works! One simply cannot complain about service in this country because there is F%$^%^%$^%
