Why do they still exist??

I am looking to upgrade my data contract with Vodacom through Incredible connection. I have been to 2 different stores and there is always a problem with the system, there is always a consultant only working on weekends, or the staff just do not have any idea what they are selling.

Incredible Connection has made my choice very simple, and this is to not do business with them.

If only I did not have to deal with Vodacom, who is equally useless...
