Wheres my order???????

The incredible time of the year.... YAH RIGHT!!!! Stick to your promise!!!! I ordered something online a week ago & I'm still waiting!!! Apparently it's ready yo be picked up at the wharehouse but your operators have so many excuses, due time black friday you cannot keep up with the orders, NOT MY PROBLEM! Called three times, don't worry sir your parcel will be collected today & delivered tomorrow, OH REALLY? After the third call today, sir did you log a complaint, I will do it for you now, why wasnt advised after the first call & to my amazement I actually recieved a sms with a reference number!!!!! WOW!!!! I would love to cancel the order but I might get my money back after 6 months if I even do get it back!!!! COME ON GUYS, WHATS HAPPENING????
