Where is my order, Where is the communication??

Where is my order? It's late and NO-ONE from your company has reached out to me to explain this. I've had to call and log a compliant, but still nothing. This is amazingly shocking service, and you don't even have the option to choose "online" as the store, so now I'm randomly complaining to whoever at Canal Walk, even though I really doubt anything will happen.
