Whats so incredible it?

<p>I walked in to the Incredible connection Greenstone branch on the 4/3/2017, checked their display, was interested in purchasing a phone and dealt with Refiloe.</p> <p>iPhone 6s 16Gb going for R429,00 pm on Vodacom Smart S plan</p> <p>Made an application and was informed it will be an upgrade since im an existing vodacom client.</p> <p>The purchase will be processed over the phone as their system is not working, and I would recieve a follow up call the next day 5/3/2017.</p> <p>Never recieved a call from the branch and the contact details displayed on ********** do not work, so on the 10th of march 2017 I called the customer line and was transfered to the Greenstone branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Refiloe was called to the phone and she had forgotten to call me back, promised again to process the application over the phone and get back to me .</p> <p>She did as promised but now informs me that she has no such deal on her system. I then inform her that it is there in the iphone display and she goes to confirm. Upon confirmation she informs me the manager says the displayed prices were from the previous month (february), but I walked into the branch on 4/3/2017. Then I am now told that it is preowned phones and asked if i still want to purchase, NO!!!. The display did not say anything about the phones being preowned and the deal being valid for february only.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
