What an inconsiderate *****ulent company

I am beyond frustrated with this retailer, I went to the store to apply for credit on getting a phone and by the time i got the response that it has been aproved i had already left the store and i told them i will no longer be taking the phone in December

January 11 a debit order of R1314 goes off my account and i went to the branch to reverse it and get my money back since i clearly do not owe this amount and guess what the branch tells me to call head office and head office tells me to go to the branchs its 5 days later today i went back to the store nd only now they are making me fill in forms to cancel account but the manager is not available to sign so nothing will get done once again

mind you once the forms have been signed and submitted i still need to wait for 14 working days for them to process my refund

this is ridiculous
