What a joke!

I ordered a laptop on 14th March with a delivery lead time of 3 - 4 days. 2 weeks later I have still not received it. I have emailed, messaged on their website, called different offices and nobody can assist with getting my order - nobody can assist. Hopefully someone in management can see this message and do something about their company falling apart.
