What a Bunch!!!

after a complete fiasco, I get the store calling me with apologies and a promise to sort out my "problem" [all I'm trying to do is get a printer that they need to bring in from another local store]

after arranging that, I get my emails ignored and the phone: No Reply at ********** and then it cuts off
