WELL DONE TO SAAFIA KHAN ON EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE

i just wanted to take this time to thank Saafia Khan from the Ballito Incredible Connection for being so efficient and helpful. I bought a Skyworth TV in April last year (2023) and the screen fell off. I then called the Pavilion branch and spoke to the Store Manager (closest branch to my work place) and she advised even though the TV is still under warranty there is nothing she can do to assist. Sad even though this is part and parcel of the same company. I then called Saafiya Khan the Store Manager of Ballito and she asked me for my receipt. She even went the further mile of asking me to drop off the TV at the Watercrest Mall ( i live in Hillcrest) and about 2 weeks later i collected a new TV from the Watercrest Mall - so a huge shout out to you Saafiya - your customer service skills are highly commendable and thank you once again.
