We purchased a lap top last year in April 2023, July 2023 the some of the key board buttons stopped working. I took it back to Incredible connection and was told it takes up to 21 days to check it. 21 days later i pick it up and it was working fine. October 2023 it had again the same problem, some of the keyboard buttons stopped working, the same ones. I took it back and again 21 days to get it back, working again. May 2023 the same again. How ever when i took it back again now for the 3rd time and said it must be replaced or refunded for it has the same problem. I was told its out of warrenty. Not very friendly like the first two times. I will not recommend any body to buy from them, their after serv is poor and not professional, their products are not up to standerd, and when it comes to replace or refund u are treated poorly.
