All I want to do is get a laptop... I've been coming back to Waterfall Mall branch now for the 3rd day in a row, only one person helping after 17:00, I've spent in total almost 4 hours over the course of 3 days already just waiting to be assisted... I'm still waiting. You close at 19:00, it should not be this difficult to get helped. You are not the only computer store guys, someone else will be happy for my business.

The lady who captured my application made a mistake, however now I'm the one spending every afternoon driving up and down, trying to fix her mistake. They also included the wrong Microsoft packages, because nobody bothered to ask me which one I would like.

Incredible Connection is a total waste of time.
