Waste of Time and Money

The Incredible Connection in Canal Walk was very frustrating and had just a rude attitude in the Tech Support section and is so aggravating for them to even listen to what you have to say to do any part of their job. It has been a long time since I just now want to return my purchase and stay away from any incredible connection for the foreseeable future. I did everything they asked and all I've received was the same issue again and again.
