Waste of time

Where to start, I requested credit from incredible connection online telling me I qualify for an amount of R 26 000, when I got to the store in Baywest mall Port Elizabeth I requested assistance the guy I spoke to while speaking to me was busy restocking shelves (no respect) and on top of that told me he can't really help me, I was looking to buy an 27inch iMac pc that they had to order online telling me I must buy it first on the website and they can deliver it to there shop. The whole point of credit is to pay the amount off, then I went to Walter park telling them this is the amount I qualify for and the lady (very helpful) told me that online quotes is never the same when you do it in the store, so when we did the quote I only qualified for R 21 000 yet again shocking service and the pc I want to buy was R 28 499
