Warranty policy doesn’t apply to incredible connection

Please never buy a laptop from them they have a bunch on employees which give you false information and their store manager and branch manager is useless. So I sent my laptop in for repairs as it was still under the 3 year warranty and I have the laptop for about 1 year. Their policy states if the laptop is not returned to customer in 21 working days you will be given a new laptop or a store voucher of same value you paid for your laptop, so my 21days passed I go in speak to the manager and she says doesn’t know she can’t help and refused to assist me so I went to the branch manager which is worse he knew nothing about store policies and when I asked him about policies he avoids the issue and gets upsets and just leaves with no assistance. Head office does nothing about the issue when lodged a complaint bottom line they don’t follow policy and do as they want especially wonderpark branch. Managers names is Ingrid and jimmy
