Warranty and voucher never received

I bought an hp laptop on the 8th of February 2026. The sales person who was helping me tried to register an extra 2year warranty and the voucher of R750.00 , unfortunately she couldn't. When I get home I tried to do it by myself nothing happened, the system keeps on taking me back , we're I need to put my details over and over again. On Monday the 9th of February 2026 I called customer care, I spoke to Thulisile Nkosi and Vusi Kubheka, they gave me emails for the warranty and the voucher department.

After receiving those email, I have send my details and my son's details so they can register the warranty and the voucher on our behalf . Since that day Still waiting for their response.

On the 11th of February 2026 , I tried to call again. The person who answered the phone was not friendly enough to help, she transferred the call I don't know where but no one answered that call after waiting for more 5 minutes on the line . Please I need your help. Thank you
