Warning : do not purchase Samsung a02 from incredible connection

Purchased Samsung a02 from incredible connection. It turns out this phone is sub-standard and I would like a refund.

1. Its operating system does not support whatsapp for web!

2.The screen does not work properly. It is not exact and I have to push really hard for it to register. Mostly it ignores my haptic commands. On dark, When I push one part of the screen, about a centimetre away I get a white mark.

3. when it comes to swype input, texting is impossible - it puts together words that make no sense. I've tried retracing the same path for a word more than 15 times and it seems the screen is not accurate enough, and keeps choosing the wrong key combination.

The fact that it's an affordable smart phone does not excuse it. My old huwawi y3, 2018, with far lower specs, did a far better job of both of the above (but it got ******; hence the purchase of the A02).

Old stock? Faulty? I don't care. I want a refund.
