Waiting Waiting Waiting!!!

<p>I've bought an Asus gaming laptop by Incredible Connection about 3 months ago, everything went perfectly for 3 weeks and then suddenly the laptop didn't want to boot into Windows, I took it back to Incredible Connection and the technician said the Hard Drive is faulty and he had to send it in for repairs. I didn't have a problem with this because at least they will fix it under the warranty. I waited 3 weeks for the laptop to come back from repairs and it was fine again for a week or so and then exactly the same problem occurred! I took it back again but this time I waited for over a month before it was back from repairs!! And the exact same day it came back from repairs it worked for 10 minutes and then the same problem again. It freezes completely upon booting into Windows and then shuts down. I told them that this is the 3rd time with the same problem and according to the CPA they have to replace the laptop but they said that I'll have to wait another 21days for an answer!? This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I need that laptop for my work and I cannot do my work without it. I implore them to rectify and replace my product immediately or I'll never do business with them again. </p>
