Waiting for my order

Made an order (Sony Xperia L1) on 20 March 2019. Got an email back confirming my order. I made a follow up today and only to be told that my order is on refund. Spoke to a helpful lady called Nicole. She passed my complaint to management. I am still waiting for the manager to call me. All I want is my order and not a refund.
