Waiting and waiting

Hi Purchased a Laminator online through the Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth branch on 6 August 2022 and still waiting. Nobody can help you, No one has any idea where it is. i have now lodge an complaint with there call centre because thats all you can do. Shocking, will never ever purchase anything from them again. No wonder people prefer Take alot.
