Waited 45 minutes to be assisted, still no service

I walked into Incredible Connection at 14:00 and I told a the dark and slender technician that I would like for him to install new RAM into my notebook, he then told me that it would take about an hour to do so and he'll have to book my machine in. I said that's fine and he should book it in, he then left without booking it in.<br> I waited and waited for him to assist me with booking my machine in, but he didn't, him and his collegue, Tebogo would go in and out of their workspace, passing me a multiple amount of times, they helped people around me then go back to their workspace, please check the surveillance cameras to verify my awful and absolutely ******* experience with that store.<br> I waited for 45 flipped minutes and I couldn't take that awful service anymore.
